The Tax Assessor is responsible for establishing the assessed value of each property
in the Borough of Barrington. The assessed value of your property is multiplied times
the tax rate to determine the annual tax levy which is also your annual tax bill. The assessor's office also has information to help veterans and senior citizens determine their eligibility for property tax exemptions.
