PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
Planning Board Meeting - 4th Monday at 7:30pm
Municipal Building Council Chambers
The Planning Board has the responsibility to guide development in the Borough in accordance with the NJ Municipal Land Use Law and other State and local regulations. The Board formulates recommendations for revisions to the Township Master Plan and Land Use Ordinances.
The Planning Board generally reviews the following types of applications:
- Variance - permission to receive an exception to one or more provisions of the development regulations.
- Site Plans - development plan showing existing and proposed conditions of a property
- Subdivisions - division of property into two or more lots
